Jackie Schenck is a Colorado native that began her employment history at a very early age. At just 16 years of age, Jackie was hired by a small catering company where she began to learn the intricate workings of event staffing and design. Throughout high school, she continued to cater for various event companies where she assisted in the creative production of a multitude of diverse events. Her attention to detail, passion and hard work ultimately earned tremendous reviews for her clients and rave reviews within the media. In 2010, Jackie graduated with honors from Colorado State University earning a degree in Interior Design (CITA accredited program) with a double minor in General Business and Criminal Justice. At the age of 21, her efforts and hard work paid off when she secured her first direct position in the promotions industry. Her unwavering mentality and dedication to be the best in her chosen career path pressed Jackie to work several jobs simultaneously. She was dedicated in her quest to learn everything possible in each industry to broaden her knowledge and seek what she loved best. Upon graduating college, the catering company with which she was employed hired her full time as the assistant to the senior event planner. In her ever pressing drive to advance her career and establish herself within the industry, Jackie was thrilled to partner up with the event planner of her former company and start a new venture of their own. On New Years Eve of 2010, their vision became a reality. In a world of ‘first impressions are everything’, saying that they had an incredible start would be a major understatement. Professional athletes from the Denver Broncos and Denver Nuggets attended to bring in the New Year with a performance from acclaimed Hip-Hop recording artist, Wale. After the next event Jackie’s company put on, the partnership fell apart and she earned a Marketing Manager position. Learning how market to various companies and manage a strong team of employees, her resume began to build and build. XJet, a private jet company, saw this resume and hired her on the spot as a Flight Concierge. At XJet, image and “7-star service” were their prime principles that drove them to be voted at the “#1 FBO” in the America’s. XJet had every dream aspect for Jackie until she realized, that with all of her experiences and knowledge that she herself could start something just a brilliant.

After years of experience in the catering and promotional industries, a need became apparent connecting the two. Clients were either requesting qualified, yet very attractive staff members to cater their private events. On the other end, herself and other promo girls were being asked to help friends work a tradeshow or assist them with private parties. Prior to Eye Candy Personnel, the only option for this type of help, would come from modeling agencies. In an industry where many customers are looking for appearance and beauty alone, Eye Candy Personnel goes above and beyond by providing service, substance, and beautiful talent. Never one to say no to a request, Jackie consistently finds ways to seamlessly integrate her customers’ needs with the company satisfaction policy, all the while maintaining the high level of class and integrity that ECP is known for.
 From the day this Colorado native was born, Megan Ashlee Pfeffer has always been extremely passionate about making her mark on the world. From dancing, singing, modeling and acting, to tennis, volleyball, karate and pageants, Megan has always made a great effort to pursue every one of her dreams and ambitions. Among many of her interests, Megan became fond of journalism, public relations and marketing. Later her passion and motivation led her to graduate from Colorado State University with a B.A. in Technical Journalism -Television News and Video Communication. Her love for writing and reading also earned her a minor in English. After graduating from Colorado State University, this fun loving girly- girl decided to become a nanny for three children. She did this for a year when she was hired as a Flight Support Concierge for a private jet facility at Centennial Airport. She worked at XJet for a year, where she learned many things about the aviation industry. Her hard work and dedication paid off when she earned XJetter of the quarter after only working at the company for 5 months! Although XJet had opened up many doors and opportunities, Megan realized that along side Journalism, working in the aviation industry just wasn’t for her. She missed being a nanny and noticed that being around children is what made her feel most appreciated and truly felt as if early child education was her calling. She is now going to graduate school at Colorado State University-Global Campus where she is earning her M.S. in Teaching and Learning. She hopes to become a Kindergarten teacher and than maybe further her career as an English teacher in High School. Megan truly believes that her many passions and talents will lead her to many great things. Among these great things, Megan is now working as a promotional model here at Eye Candy Personnel. She not only loves event planning but she loves working them too! Megan’s passion for marketing has earned her the position of Marketing Manager and loves every minute.
