Rules:
Each week, for the first 16 weeks, you will pick 1 team that you think will win.
Once that team is picked, win or lose, you can never pick that team again.
Lose 3 times and you are OUT!
Games ending in a tie are recorded as a loss.
If you make it to week 17, then you will pick 7 teams that you think will win using the remaining teams that you have not picked yet.
Once you make it to week 17, the 3 loss rule no longer applies.
The top 4 pay-out positions are determined by the players who survive the longest or have the 4 least number of total losses after week 17,
including all previous losses.
If players are tied for any of the 4 pay-out positions after week 17, there will be tie breakers during the post season.
The cut off for your pick each week is posted on the Make a Pick page which is close to the time of the first kickoff of each week. If you do not make your pick by the cut off, you will receive a loss for that week but you will save a team.
You can make as many picks in advance for any week you want
which is highly recommended.
You can change your pick as many times as you want
as long as you do it before the cut off for that week. It is not recommended
to wait until the last minute to make your pick.
Last year there were 46 no pick losses. Don't be one of these. Absolutely no late picks will be accepted for any reason. So if you miss your pick, don't even ask.
Pay Out:
There will be no shared finishes.
1st Place 25% of the purse
(must attend end of season party to accept the 1st place check)
2nd Place 20% of the purse
3rd Place Wins 15% of the purse
4th Place Wins 10% of the purse
20% of the purse goes to the end of season party!!!
10% of the purse goes to management, maintenance, web hosting.
